Description
On a rocky section of Soda Butte Creek there is a short stretch that gets little wind.
The winter snow filters down gently on the large, round boulders in the creek, building sensuous bumps and curves over the course of each winter. Between 1 and 3 pm on sunny days, the backlit snow pillows present infinitely changing mounds with shadows smeared between them.
