Description
A young grizzly bear, about four years old, fed above the shore of .Yellowstone Lake near Sedge Creek in a two-year-old burn from the 2003 East Fire. He was eating the new forbs growing out of the fertile ash under the burned trees. Stopping to take a nap against the corner of two logs, he looked up and around occasionally to see if everything was still safe.
